Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is received (if required), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval
- Personalized or customized products (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
